OUR MISSION
To unite healthcare’s primary interests into one community and achieve perpetual growth by providing on-demand access to healthcare’s foremost experts, efficiently and cost-effectively.
The founders of The Clinician Exchange (TCX) come from all sides of the healthcare industry: clinicians, corporate executives, sales and marketing professionals, hospital employees, and entrepreneurs. We came together to start TCX because we were looking to address different needs but couldn’t find all that we were looking for in the current state of healthcare. From the supplier side, we wanted an ability to seamlessly multiply our resources at times of strong demand and easily scale them down when they are no longer needed, without breaking the budget. Our clinicians wanted a way to easily share our practices with peers as well as finding a way to ethically connect with suppliers and offer our services and insights in order to try and improve the industry for everyone. After many dinner discussions (and drinks), The Clinician Exchange was born.
The Clinician Exchange was founded BY the healthcare industry, FOR the healthcare industry. Our goal is to transform the way healthcare suppliers and clinicians interact so that we can make healthcare more efficient and effective for the present and the future.
The technological revolution occurring across the world right now is adding efficiencies to tasks that previously seemed so limited, but are now so easy. Access to car services, “hotel” rooms and customized food delivery are only a few touches on a smartphone away. Why haven’t we found a way to bring that same efficient access to resources (knowledge, expertise, experience) into our industry? The solution is finally here: The Clinician Exchange is the answer!
